Kirkland Sentinel Tree Care is a Kirkland-only tree care service. We focus on one city because Kirkland's tree rules are specific: a free notification for most trees, a yearly allowance by lot size, the 26-inch Landmark rule, shoreline and Holmes Point limits. Getting those right is part of the job.
How it works
When you call or send the form, we talk through the tree, the access and the city path that applies. The work itself is done by an experienced local tree crew that we match to the job, and you get their written quote before anything starts. We'll tell you who is coming out.
What we won't do
- Top a tree, or "prune" a tree so hard it counts as a removal under the 25% rule.
- Cut a regulated tree before the notification or permit is in place, unless it is a genuine emergency, and then we document it for the 7-day report.
- Guess at a hazard. If the tree's condition decides whether it may come down, it needs a proper arborist report.
